Gregory P. Burnell - Chairman and CEO

Greg is Chairman and CEO of 6th Sense Analytics. Greg is a twenty year industry veteran with a broad background in all aspects of business operations, finance and sales. Prior to co-founding 6th Sense Analytics, Greg was Worldwide Vice President of Sales with Worksoft, a functional testing company based in Dallas, Texas. As part of the executive team, Greg played a significant role in securing a Series D funding round of $12 Million to assist the company in executing its growth strategy. Greg previously was chief operating officer at TeamShare, a workflow automation software company, and initiated the acquisition of TeamShare by Serena Software in 2003. Prior to TeamShare, Greg was the Vice President of North American field operations at TogetherSoft, where he was instrumental in leading the company as a key executive team member in the execution of TogetherSoft's acquisition by Borland Software in 2002. Prior to joining TogetherSoft , Greg was with Rational Software Corporation , as a District Manager serving the Eastern US . Prior to Rational, Greg was with Pure-Atria, Pure Software and Performix , where he served in various roles from Account Executive to Regional Manager. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from West Virginia Wesleyan College.

Todd Olson - CTO

Todd is the thought leader behind the technologies and products that 6th Sense Analytics is delivering. His vision for a solution to deliver meaningful and timely information to developers and management led him to co-found the company. Todd was Chief Scientist of the Together business unit at Borland Software after TogetherSoft was acquired in 2002. Prior to the acquisition, Todd was Vice President of Product Development with responsibility for architecting and developing the Together product line. Prior to joining TogetherSoft, Olson was Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Cerebellum Software, a leading Internet data integration company that developed solutions to integrate enterprise portal e-business applications and e-commerce projects with corporate data. Olson is the original inventor and creator of the patent-pending Cerebellum data integration product. As Chief Technology Officer for Cerebellum Software, Olson oversaw the ongoing research and development of the company's Java technology-based products. Prior to Cerebellum Software, Olson worked at MBNA for six years as a database designer and software architect. Olson frequently speaks at leading industry events on the topics of Java technology, Enterprise JavaBean� technology, and distributed computing. Todd has a Bachelor of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Kip Frey

Kip Frey joins the Board from Intersouth Partners. Kip joined Intersouth in 2001. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of OpenSite Technologies, Inc., an Intersouth portfolio company, which Siebel Systems, Inc. acquired in May of 2000, and subsequently served as Vice President and General Manager of Dynamic Commerce Applications for Siebel until June 2001. Kip has been the architect of three of the Triangle’s most notable entrepreneurial deals, together generating more than $1 billion in investor returns. In 1995, he negotiated and closed the sale of Ventana Communications Group to the Thomson Corporation for an undisclosed sum. He became President of Accipiter, Inc. and in 1998 sold the company to CMGI, Inc., structuring the transaction so that the ultimate value of the deal approached $500 million. Later in 1998, Kip moved to OpenSite, and in 20 months increased its value from $6 million to the acquisition price of $550 million. In 1999, Digital South Magazine named him the Southeast’s top CEO. Kip is an Adjunct Professor at Duke’s Sanford Institute for Public Policy Studies and is a Professor of the Practice in Entrepreneurial Management & Law at Duke University with joint appointments from the Fuqua School of Business and Duke Law School. He is a director and former chairman of North Carolina’s Council for Entrepreneurial Development (CED). Kip holds a B.A. from the University of Southern California Film School and a J.D. from Duke Law School.

William Dunbar

William is Managing Director of Core Capital Partners. Prior to joining Core Capital, William was CEO and founder of Pebble Hill Capital, an investment company which provided early-stage financing to information technology and communications companies. Early stage investments included such companies as webMethods. Previously, William was a Portfolio Manager at Allied Capital, a publicly-traded firm providing venture capital and private equity, and President of Allied Capital Corporation II, a $100 million publicly-traded private equity fund. During that period, Allied II invested in or acquired forty-six privately-held small or mid-sized growth companies. Willam also served as Executive Vice President of Allied Capital Advisers, the management company for the Allied family of funds, and as Chief Investment Officer for Allied's private equity activities. He began his investment career at Venture America, a venture capital firm specializing in early-stage, high technology investments, and was involved in the early stage funding of Discovery Communications and Digene. William also held positions in LBO Lending at Chase Manhattan Bank and in technology operations at NationsBank. In addition to 6th Sense Analytics, William serves on the Boards of Solstice Software, SwapDrive, Trinity Convergence, and UpdateLogic. He is a member of Young Presidents Organization and serves on numerous non-profit boards, including Venture Philanthropy Partners and Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington. He has also served on the Board of the Mid-Atlantic Venture Association and the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies (NASBIC). From November 1994 to November 1995 he served as Chairman of NASBIC. Mr. Dunbar has an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from Davidson College.

David Babson

David joins the Board after SmartPath, where he served as co-founder and chief operating officer, was sold to DoubleClick in 2004 for $24 Million. David has extensive experience building and marketing technology businesses. David was responsible for SmartPath’s product development and delivery. David’s background includes teaming with Ken Romley to co-found Burl Software. When the company was sold to Micro Focus, David served as vice president with responsibility for marketing the Revolve product worldwide. Under David, annual revenues of the Revolve product line grew to more than $100 million. David then joined The Marathon Group as vice president of marketing in 1997, and in this role, he established strategic relationships with clients such as GlaxoSmithKline, Nabisco, Volvo, and Wrangler. He began his career as a technology engineer at Bellcore, where he was awarded four United States patents in software technology. He has a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and a master’s degree from Cornell University.
